We've put together some information to help you navigate your new online account.
How you invest your super is an important decision. The Current Investments section of your new online account has been designed to give you more information about your investments than ever before.
It shows the risk attitude rating of your current investment choice which is based on the proportion of growth assets (such as shares and property) in that investment option. The risk attitude categories range from; Very Aggressive, Aggressive, Assertive, Neutral, Cautious, Defensive and Very Defensive.

If you have more than one account with us you will receive multiple welcome letters and PINs (one per account). The PIN letter identifies which type of account the PIN relates to. For example, if you have an EISS Super account and Retirement Scheme account, you will receive two letters and two PINs.
If you have multiple accounts that are of the same type, (for example two EISS Pension accounts) any PIN will work with your member number to login. Once logged in, you'll also be able to see all of your linked accounts.
If you have multiple accounts that are different types of accounts, you must use the correct PIN to log into your account. Once logged in, you can see all of your linked accounts.
To switch between your linked accounts you can select the account you want to see from the drop-down box at the top of your page in the middle of your screen. Once you've logged in the first time you'll be able to log into all of your accounts with your preferred login details.
New Member Numbers will only be issued to EISS Super, EISS Pension and Lifetime Pension. As a part of the change to a new administrator, we're using a more sophisticated IT system to manage your account data. The new IT system requires a new Member Number to be issued, which will enable us to more effectively manage your accounts and allow you to access your new, enhanced and mobile friendly online account.
All other information in relation to your account will remain the same. This is only a change to your Member Number so we can deliver these improved services.
As a result of a strategic review undertaken to provide members with better value and services, EISS Super decided to change our administrator from Australian Administration Services to Mercer Australia Pty Ltd from 1 October 2018. Australian Administration Services have provided sound services to date, but Mercer is our preferred partner going forward.
