No. The app is only downloadable from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
If you’ve forgotten your online account password visit eisuper.com.au/login, enter your member number and select the ‘Reset your PIN/Password’ link. You’ll then receive an email (to your nominated email address) with a link to reset your password. Alternatively, you can call 1300 369 901 from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and we can reset your password for you.
Yes. The app has an added layer of security, with optional biometric authentication for compatible devices.
When you download the app for the first time (and you’ve entered your member number and PIN/Password), you’ll be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN. You can change your app PIN by clicking on the App settings in the app’s menu.
To update your personal details, click the Person icon and select Personal Details.
Yes. Select Investments within the Menu and follow the prompts.
Yes. Select Contribution Caps within the Menu and select your preferred option.
Yes. You can cancel your Default Cover in the App. Select Insurance within the Menu and follow the prompts.
Please ensure your face recognition is set up (iPhone only). You can do this by checking the App Settings in the App Menu prior to login. Select Login Settings and ensure Face ID is enabled.
You can turn off Face ID via App Settings in the App Menu prior to login (iPhone only).
