How do I choose the product that suits me?
Visit Lenovo or alternatively, contact Lenovo's Call Centre representatives on 1300 559 356 (between 8am - 5pm Australian EST Mon-Fri) for further assistance. Please ensure that you quote Member Benefits. 

Where do I see my special member price?
The pricing you see when browsing the Affinity site is the price you will pay - the discount has already been applied. Look for the "Your Price" as opposed to the "Web Price" to see your saving.

Do I need a passcode to access the site?
A passcode is required to access the site however all orders are validated before being processed. Please ensure that you reference Member Benefits as the organisation when you place your order and advise any friends or family that you refer to the program to do the same.

How do I pay for my purchases from the Affinity Program?
Payment can be made via credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), direct deposit, or finance through FlexirentTM

How long does it take for me to receive my products after I have purchased?
Delivery of items is usually within 10-15 business days from time of purchase. 

How do I check on the delivery date of my purchase?
Call our call centre representatives on 1300 559 356 2-3 days after the placement of your order and provide your Order Reference number and Company Name for an estimated delivery date.

What if I require technical support after I have received my computer?
Technical support is available through IBM's Australian-based support centre on 13 14 26.
