At EISS Super our members come first and we’re dedicated to working hard so you can enjoy the retirement lifestyle you deserve. So we can keep improving the services we provide to you, we have introduced a number of benefits and changes from 1 October 2018.

What are the new member benefits?

Members will benefit from:

  • Extended call centre hours – 8am to 8pm (AEST), Monday to Friday
  • A new, enhanced and mobile-friendly online account.
  • More transactions will be available online and over the phone.
  • 10% insurance premium reduction on Death and Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) cover.
  • Removal of the Exit fee and some other fees from your account.
