Our new employer portal has launched, please keep an eye on your email

On Thursday 27 September 2018 we will launching an exciting new employer portal for you to use when making super contributions for your employees.

The new employer portal will replace the current EmployerAccess and SCH Online portals.

  • Contributions can be made until 5pm Wednesday 26 September 2018 via the existing portals.
  • From 5pm Friday 28 September 2018 the existing portal will be closed. This means you will need to download any reporting you require before this portal is closed.

Our new employer portal is a digitally advanced super clearing house system that gives you the ability to:

  • Make contributions for all of your employees in one place (regardless of their chosen super fund).
  • Upload a payroll file or manually enter your employees’ contribution details.
  • Use Direct Credit/EFT or Direct Debit to make your payments.
  • Contribute on behalf of multiple businesses at the same time.
To bring you this new portal, we need your help


Before 5pm Friday 14 September 2018, we need you to login and check:

  1. Do we have your correct contact details?
    If not, please update online under My Details > Manage Contacts and then edit the primary contact person with any address or phone number changes.

  2. Do we have the correct Australian Business Number (ABN) for your business?

If not, please email us with your correct ABN details.

We are pleased to let you know that all of your EISS Super member data will be automatically loaded into the new portal.

There’s an extra step if you have non-EISS Super members


Before the existing portal closes on 5pm Friday 28 September 2018 we need you to download your member reports if you have non-EISS Super members (Choice of fund or SMSF members). Due to privacy legislation, we’re not able to transfer non-EISS Super member data into the new portal. This means you’ll need to add this data when the new portal becomes available.

Additional information

We’re making EISS Super even better for members. There will be a pause in service for members from Wednesday 26 September 2018 as we transition to our new administrator and we will return to business as usual on Monday 15 October 2018. This means members will not be able to access their account online or make transactions. EISS Super has received APRA approval for this pause in service. Please note, this pause in service does not affect employers. During this period, we can continue to receive your employer contributions, so you meet your super obligations.

What happens next?

On Thursday 27 September 2018 you will receive an email that will allow you to register online for the new employer portal. Within this email, we’ll also provide tools to help you navigate the portal.

As a part of the new employer portal you will be able to make super contributions for employees using Direct Debit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We will provide you with information on both of these payment options during the registration process.

To successfully register, you will need to ensure that you are the delegated authority to make super payments on behalf of the employer or have the staff member’s details who has this authority.

We have new EFT details to from Thursday 27 September 2018 too. Please update your online banking for EFT payments from this date with the below details.

If you are paying for your employees’ superannuation contributions by EFT it is important you use the correct details when you pay via your bank account. Not doing so can result in delays in contributions being loaded to member accounts and worst case, you may pay to the wrong bank account which can result in a difficult and lengthy process to re-coup the money.
