If you receive payments from Centrelink or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs you’ll need to provide them with information about your pension account. This is generally referred to as a Centrelink schedule or Income Stream Statement.
Requesting a Centrelink schedule is quick and easy using your online account and best of all it’s available 24/7 so you can put your request in whenever it suits you!
Log in to your online account using your Member Number (which we include at the top of any correspondence we send to you) and your password.
Click on the person icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Click on ‘Personal Details’ from the drop-down menu.
Click on the box next to 'Request Centrelink schedule'
Then scroll down and click the 'Submit' button.
Sit back and relax. We’ll prepare your Centrelink Schedule and send it to you. This usually takes about 3-5 business days.
