Conditions of Entry 
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
  2. Entry is only open to NSW and ACT residents aged 18 years or over.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. Promotion commences 6pm AEST on 5 April 2018 and ends 8pm AEST on 31 May 2018. (“Promotional Period”).
  5. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
             a. attend one of the seminars displayed in the list below ("Seminar");
    confirm their attendance at the Seminar (and provide registration details) to the organisers located at the event entrance; and
    agree to these conditions of entry.

  6. The draw for each Seminar will take place at Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW on the day following each Seminar at 10:30am. Winners will be notified in writing within 2 business days of each draw date by email and telephone.
  7. Winners' names will be published on the EISS Super website at ("Website") within seven days of each draw date.
  8. There will be 10 winners selected, one from each list of confirmed attendees that have completed the Entry process for a particular Seminar. Entrants that have completed the Entry process for one Seminar will not be automatically placed into the draw for any other Seminar. To enter the draw for a particular Seminar, Entrants must complete the Entry process for that particular Seminar. The Promoter may draw five additional reserve entries and record them in the order drawn in case an original drawn winner is ineligible.
  9. Each winner will receive a personalised financial planning session provided by the Promoter valued at $2,200 (GST inclusive) ("Session"). The Session will be conducted at a location mutually agreed between the Promoter and each winner and will include an initial consultation, the production of a "Statement of Advice" and implementation of the strategy set out in that Statement of Advice. The Session will take place across two to three separate consultations. The winner may bring one person with them to the session ("Guest"), provided that the Guest agrees to these conditions of entry.
  10. The prize does not include travel to and from the Session or any other services including but not limited to additional advice beyond the Session or advice that is valued at more than $2,200.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the Entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  12. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid.
  13. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding Entry invalid.
  14. Only one entry permitted per person per Seminar. For the avoidance of doubt a person may complete the Entry process for multiple Seminars and may be entered into the corresponding draw for those Seminars.
  15. Only one prize will be awarded per winning entrant. Once a prize is awarded to an entrant that entrant will be ineligible to win any further prizes in the Promotion.
  16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
  19. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  20. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
  21. Unless expressly stated within these conditions of entry regarding the prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
  22. Total prize pool value is $22,000 RRP.
  23. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
  24. Promoter will contact winner within 21 days after the relevant draw date to arrange Session time and date and any Guest details. Winner and Guest (if applicable) will be required to sign and return any forms and provide any requested information within 14 days of being contacted.
  25. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW on 1 September 2018 at 10:30am subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified by email within two days of unclaimed prize draw, and winner names will be published within seven days on the Website.
  26. Nothing in these conditions of entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part of these conditions of entry to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these conditions of entry all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax implications; (e) any variation in reward value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a successful entrant and/or (g) a prize or use of a prize.
  27. The Promoter collects personal information in order to run the Seminars, conduct the Promotion, for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes and to supply prizes and may, for these purposes, disclose personal information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and for any purpose required under NSW or ACT lottery legislation or any other regulatory authority. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how entrants may request to access, update or correct information held about them or make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter including this Promotion.
