EISS Super NRL Passes Competition ("Promotion")

Conditions of entry
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
  2. Entrants must be members of EISS Super between the dates of 18 August 2020 and 12 September 2020 to be eligible.
  3. The Promoter is Energy Industries Superannuation Scheme Pty Limited ABN 72 077 947 285 of Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW.
  4. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
  5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  6. Promotion commences 5:00pm AEDT on 20 August 2020 and ends 5:00pm AEDT on 31 August 2020 (“Promotional Period”).
  7. There shall be three (3) individual competitions run during the Promotional Period. One for each NRL game outlined in the promotional email and/or EISS Super’s Social Media
  8. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period complete an online entry form which is accessible via a promotional email and/or by visiting EISS Super’s Social Media accounts on Instagram and/or Facebook and for the relevant competition provide your full name and email address and tell us in 25 words or less ‘Who you’ll take to the NRL game and why?’.
  9. Only one entry per person per individual competition will be accepted.
  10. By entering the promotion, you:
    a. warrant that your entry is your own original work and does not infringe any third party rights
    b. grant us (and our related bodies corporate, agents, licensees and assigns) a royalty free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable and irrevocable licence to use, modify, adapt, publish and sublicense your entry anytime, anywhere and by any means without compensation; and
    c. to the extent permitted by law, consent to us (and our related bodies corporate, agents, licensees and assigns) infringing your moral rights in your entry for an indefinite period of time and waive all moral rights in your entry that arise outside Australia
  11. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, indecipherable, illegible or containing false or offensive information will be deemed invalid.
  12. Multiple entries for the same individual competition will be deemed invalid. Where multiple entries are received only the first entry will be considered valid.
  13. This is a game of skill only. There is no element of chance in determining the winners.
  14. There are 12 prizes to be won in each individual competition within the Promotional Period.
  15. The prize for the top twelve (12) most creative entries in each individual competition is a double pass to the relevant NRL match on the date and time stipulated in the promotional email and/or social media posting.
  16. The retail value of one NRL match double pass is approximately $60 (inc GST) and there shall be 12 double passes available for each individual competition.
  17. Judging of all eligible entries for each individual competition will take place on 1 September 2020, at Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The prizes will be awarded to the twelve (12) eligible entrants in each individual competition judged to have the most original or creative entry and in accordance with the stipulated criteria detailed in the promotional email and/or social posting.
  19. Winners will be notified in writing within 2 days of judging and the winners will be published on EISS Super socials.
  20. If a prize remains unclaimed after 24 hours, or a winner is disqualified in accordance with these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited and distributed at our discretion. Further, if a winner cannot attend the match for which they have won tickets to, they must forfeit the tickets to EISS Super to be redrawn and distributed at EISS Super’s discretion.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to collect and retain any personal information provided by the entrants upon entering the competition (including an entrant’s identity and contact details) and the Promoter reserves the right to contact entrants within 1 year of entering the competition as a condition of entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  22. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  23. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  24. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
  25. Unless expressly stated within these conditions of entry regarding the prize, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
  26. Nothing in these conditions of entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part of these conditions of entry to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these conditions of entry all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax implications; (e) any variation in reward value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a successful entrant and/or (g) a prize or use of a prize.
  27. The Promoter collects personal information in order to run the Survey, conduct the Promotion, for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes and to supply prizes and may, for these purposes, disclose personal information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and for any purpose required under NSW lottery legislation or any other regulatory authority. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how entrants may request to access, update or correct information held about them or make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter including this Promotion.
  29. A prize, or any unused portion of a prize, cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All other expenses associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
  30. The Promoter is not liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves our possession.
  31. The Promoter excludes all warranties in relation to the quality, suitability or merchantability of a prize, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian Law, is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.

EISS Super member survey competition ("Competition")

Conditions of entry
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be members of EISS Super as at 11:59pm AEST on 26 February 2020.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
  4. Competition commences 12:01am AEST on 27 February 2020 and ends 11:59pm AEST on 11 March 2020 (“Competition Period”).
  5. To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period, answer the following question in the EISS Super member survey in 25 words or less: ‘What makes a good financial planner great?’ (“Entry”)
  6. Judging will take place at Level 2, 405 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC on 12 March 2020 commencing from 11:00am AEST. Winners will be notified by email and telephone by Friday 13 March 2020.
  7. Winners’ names will be published on the EISS Super website at eisuper.com.au by 13 March 2020.
  8. There will be 5 winners selected. There will be a limit of 1 entry per member.
  9. Each valid entry will be judged (by suitable representatives of the Promoter) based upon individual creative merit.
  10. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
  11. Each winner will receive 1 x $100 Visa gift card.
  12. Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
  13. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the Entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  15. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid.
  16. Only one prize will be awarded per winning entrant. Once a prize is awarded to an entrant that entrant will be ineligible to win any further prizes in the Competition.
  17. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  18. The Judge’s decision is final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Full names of judges will be available upon request until 18 March 2020.
  20. If for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
  21. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  22. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the Competition.
  23. Unless expressly stated within these conditions of entry regarding the prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
  24. Total prize pool value is no less than $500.
  25. Nothing in these conditions of entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part of these conditions of entry to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these conditions of entry all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how entrants may request to access, update or correct information held about them or make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint. EISS Super - Win a team training session with Brett Kimmorley ("Promotion")

Conditions of Entry
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to:
    (a) NSW residents aged 18 years or over; and
    (b) persons who have completed the online registration form (in full) at www.eisuper.com.au/SuperFit to attend the EISS Super information session on 20 June 2019 at The Juniors Kingsford, 558A Anzac Parade, Kingsford NSW ("Information Session") at any time before commencement of the Information Session at 6:00pm on 20 June 2019.

    ("Eligible Entrant")
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 10 June 2019 and ends 6:00pm AEST on 20 June 2019 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
    (a) tick the relevant opt in box when completing the online registration form, or to opt in after registration click on the relevant link provided by the Promoter and follow the prompts; and
    (b) attend the Information Session and confirm attendance to the organisers at the Information Session.

    (“Entry”).
  6. The draw will take place at The Juniors Kingsford, 558A Anzac Parade, Kingsford NSW, at the conclusion of the Information Session between 6:00pm and 8:00pm AEST on 20 June 2019. The winner's name will be announced at the draw, and the winner will be notified within 2 business days of the draw by email and telephone.
  7. There will be 1 winner selected at random from the list of confirmed attendees that have completed the Entry process.
  8. The winner's name will be published on the EISS Super website at www.eisuper.com.au ("Website") within 7 days of the draw.
  9. Only one Entry permitted per Eligible Entrant.
  10. Only one prize will be awarded to the winner.
  11. The winner will receive a 1-hour group training session with NSW and Australian international representative halfback Brett Kimmorley ("Training Session") for the winner and the winner's nominated team (between 4 to 30 participants in total) ("Team"), provided that the Team agree to these conditions of entry.
  12. The prize will be conducted at a date, time and location mutually agreed between the Promoter, Brett Kimmorley and the winner. The specifics of the Training Session will be agreed with the winner and may include skills and drills, general fitness, nutrition, team building and motivation. The Training Session must be held before 31 December 2019.
  13. The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
  14. The prize does not include travel to and from the Training Session.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the Entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  16. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or entries containing false information will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding Entry invalid.
  17. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW on 20 September 2019 at 12:00pm AEST subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of unclaimed prize draw, and winner's name will be published within 7 days on the Website.
  20. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
  21. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  22. EISS Super 201 Elizabeth Survey promotion (“Promotion”)

Conditions of Entry
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
  2. Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants must not be members of EISS Super as at 8:00am AEDT on 30 January 2019.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. Promotion commences 9:00am AEDT on 30 January 2019 and ends 5.00pm AEDT on 8 February 2019 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, complete the online survey titled 201 Elizabeth Super Survey administered by EISS within the Promotional Period using the link available on the 201 Elizabeth building portal or distributed by building management via email to registered users of the 201 Elizabeth building portal (“Entry”).
  6. The draw will take place at Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW on 12 February 2019 at 1:00pm AEDT. Winners will be notified by email, telephone and on the 201 Elizabeth building portal within 2 business days of the draw.
  7. Winners’ names will also be published on the EISS Super website at eisuper.com.au within 2 business days of the draw.
  8. There will be 1 winner selected. There will be a limit of 1 entry per eligible person. Entrants must answer all of the online survey questions to be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter may draw one additional reserve entry and record this in the order drawn in case an original drawn winner is ineligible.
  9. Only one prize will be awarded.
  10. The winner will receive one EFTPOS gift voucher valued at $100 (“Voucher”).
  11. Voucher is not transferrable, exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
  12. The Voucher will be posted to the winner at no cost to the winner or may be collected from EISS Super, Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the Entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Winners will be notified by email within two days of unclaimed prize draw, and winner names will be published within seven days on the EISS Super Website.
  23.   4. Promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 15 October 2018 and ends 11:59pm AEST on 14 December 2018 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, log onto their new EISS Super online account within the Promotional Period using their new Member Pin and Member Number at eisuper.com.au/login (“Entry”).
  6. The draw will take place at Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW on 19 December 2018 at 11:00am AEST. Winners will be notified in by email and telephone within 2 business days of the draw.
  7. Winners’ names will be published on the EISS Super website at eisuper.com.au within 2 business days of the draw.
  8. There will be 5 winners selected. There will be a limit of 1 entry per Member Number. Entrants will have completed the Entry process and are automatically entered into the Promotion. The Promoter may draw five additional reserve entries and record them in the order drawn in case an original drawn winner is ineligible.
  9. Each winner will receive one Flight Centre gift voucher valued at $1,000 (“Voucher”).
  10. Vouchers are not transferrable, exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
  11. The Voucher will be posted to each winner at no cost to the winner.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the Entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  13. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid.
  14. Only one prize will be awarded per winning entrant. Once a prize is awarded to an entrant that entrant will be ineligible to win any further prizes in the Promotion.
  15. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
  18. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  19. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
  20. Unless expressly stated within these conditions of entry regarding the prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
  21. Total prize pool value is $5,000 RRP.
  22. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Level 2, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW on 25 March 2019 at 11:00am AEST subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified by email within two days of unclaimed prize draw, and winner names will be published within seven days on the Website.
  23. Nothing in these conditions of entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part of these conditions of entry to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these conditions of entry all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax implications; (e) any variation in reward value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a successful entrant and/or (g) a prize or use of a prize.
  24. The Promoter collects personal information in order to run the Seminars, conduct the Promotion, for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes and to supply prizes and may, for these purposes, disclose personal information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and for any purpose required under NSW lottery legislation or any other regulatory authority. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how entrants may request to access, update or correct information held about them or make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter including this Promotion.
