Our offices are closed, but we're still here to help.

The health and wellbeing of our members, staff and community are our priority. To keep everyone safe, we have decided to close our offices at this time. This is a precautionary measure to protect everyone and help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.

We understand that our members want to talk to us in times of uncertainty and we’re doing our best to make sure we are well placed to continue to provide you with the high level of service you’re used to. Protecting our staff from unnecessary exposure to other people is an important part of this which is why today, we’re putting some important changes in place until further notice.

  • All EISS Super offices will be closed to the public.
  • Face to face appointments with our Financial Planning team are being replaced with video or teleconferences. We will contact you before your meeting to provide you with the details.
  • One on one member meetings with Customer Relationship Managers are still available but will be held via video or teleconference.
  • All workplace visits and group presentations will be postponed and rescheduled for when we return to business as usual.
