As advised at the Employer Forum, we have moved the administration of the Retirement Scheme off the Classic system and onto Superb, which is the system used to administer the Accumulation Scheme. This occurred on 29 November 2010.

We will also be moving our employer internet access from the current Employer Online to Employer EPASS. EPASS is a system that allows superannuation providers to deliver online services to employers and members. This is already supplying online information to members.

The second stage in this transition is the closing of the Employer Online internet link.

Until Employer EPASS is released we will require you to email your contribution and salary files to: employeronline@eisuper.com.au

Please note that loading of contribution files is based on the member number, not members’ names so please ensure you include member numbers in all your contribution files.

The third stage will occur at the beginning of 2011 - we will be testing the new system to ensure it is functioning efficiently prior to releasing it to employers.

The final stage will be rolling out Employer EPASS to employers once testing is complete. This will occur on an ongoing basis.
