Please note that our new Customer Web application has the following minimum software requirements:

Web Browser: MS-IE version 4.0 and higher on MS-Windows PCs (e.g. Windows 95, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and Windows XP) and Netscape versions 4.0. Netscape version 6.0+ and Mozilla Firefox are NOT supported, we are also unable to support Apple Mackintosh computers at this time.

PC: The PC MUST have a XML engine and a Java Virtual Machine installed. Future Plus suggest using SUN JVM version 1.5 and higher. This is available as a free download from the Sun Microsystems web-site. Download the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) 1_5_0_4. from: http://java.com/en/download/download_the_latest.jsp
